Unobtrusive personnel, gorgeous rooms, tiled bathroom, easy location. I came across Palms Restaurant & Bar, it was just a short stroll away from the hotel and offered nice shots. I used free shuttle provided by the venue too. You guys made my stay awesome.

We had a luxurious time. We liked the hotel, it's special and the location is fab so close to airport. Room was relaxing and ideal, bed was comfortable. It was nice to have many plates and silverware available. The staff were patient and smart and lovely lobby.

Staff was very attentive, rooms were neat - decent experience. Lots of decent food for American breakfast. Chic style hotel with simple furniture in the rooms. Very central location, decent base for discovering Auckland. Also, the area was new.

Well prepared rooms, rich breakfast with lots of food, competent stuff. I loved incredibly extra comfortable bed in the room. Very easy location to Rocket Ropes. Free shuttle service and late check-out were helpful, particularly free Wi-Fi. Stayed here before now, and I would stay there again.
